Three pieces from Gum Inc., 1935. They have been mounted one of top of the other (all can be lifted and viewed as such) to a stiff paper sheet and were originally part of a salesman's sample kit. Top one-sided glossy paper sheet is 5.25x8.5" w/image of the first version of the Vol. 1 card album (see item #2629) w/text to "Mr. Retailer" noting album sales will increase gum sales and "Your Jobber Can Supply You In Packages Of 10 Each" followed by Gum Inc. logo. Under this is the five character gum wrapper followed by the much less common three character wrapper. All three pieces has lt. wear/aging, Few staple holes on all where originally attached inside the sample kit. Fine. The promo paper is rare and the first we've seen in our 48 years.
