Item Description
6" long tin litho w/platic dome cover and engine cover. c.1960s by Vohra Toys Inds., India. Similar in design to and in same style box as the space tank by Yoshiya, Japan. Box has scattered creases/wear. VG. Tank nicely designed but w/some rather unusal graphics. Sides depict a cowboy, a mouse as a cowboy, two Donald Duck-like characters. Underside surface features a spaceman and skull & crossbones w/ the word "Danger." Under the dome is a tin spaceman figure at the tank's controls. The interior of the dome has accent lines that look like stress lines but are actually as made. Dome has tiny trace of surface wear, tank has scattered paint nicks. Friction works but no longer sparks. VF.
