Item Description
Scarce 4.5x14" long leather pennant w/leather tassle at left and painted image of tiger's head (w/hand-colored accents) w/small "New York World's Fair" text underneath. Pennant features large "Frank Buck's Jungleland" text. Pennants were sold as souvenirs at the 1939 New York World's Fair. Animal collector and trainer Frank Buck has boldly signed on reverse in black ink, Buck's first name has some lightness but still totally legible. Scattered aging and lt. wear but VF overall. Great signed piece from one of the New York World's Fair most popular attractions and rarely found signed. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
