Item Description
Nice quality vinyl belt measuring 1" wide by 28.5" long w/attached 1.25x2" brass belt buckle. Pioneer, 1940s. Pioneer also produced leather belts, but this vinyl version is much rarer. Size 28 as noted by lt. text on reverse of belt by buckle. Full color images of Superman including four different action poses and portrait image. These images are repeated three times. Images have minor wear and are nearly all complete. Originally clear, belt has yellowed w/age but remains pliable. Fine overall. Buckle has great embossed image w/"Superman" name and shows him from waist up breaking chains. Near full bright luster w/tiny 1/16" spot of aging. VF. Rare, only the second example we've offered in our 48 years. Franco Toscanini Collection.
