Item Description
3.75x10x7" tall free-wheeling tin litho platform has die-cut tin litho peep and rabbit that is jointed and holds top of eggshell. When pulled along, peep pecks at printed feed on platform and rabbit lifts top of eggshell, revealing another peep inside egg that jumps up before rabbit lowers eggshell back down. c. 1930s. Sides of platform have printed Easter design showing children, rabbits, Easter baskets and hen pulling peep cart. Rubber tires on painted metal wheel hubs. Complete w/original pull string w/wooden knob at end. Scattered lt. wear/aging but still bright and glossy. Action works well. VF overall.
