5.5" tall (9.5" tall to top of handle) tin litho sand pail made in Denmark by Celludan, 1930s. Sides feature nice images of Popeye, Olive Oyl, Swee'Pea and Wimpy at beach, Danish flag seen in sand castle in bkg. Pail's interior has heavy scattered oxidation, w/some oxidation to handle as well. Exterior has some scattered wear in the form of small nicks/scratches but remains bright and clean. Pail still makes for a Fine display. First we've offered in our 48 years.
