Exc. Third is simple but bold and reads "I Had A Dream". Lamination error seen at angle covering upper third of button and two minor separations on reverse at 4 and 9 o'clock. VG/Fine. Fourth reads "King Day Jan. 15" with "N.G. Slater" on curl. Produced to promote early efforts to recognize a national holiday. Slight bump just to the left at the base of "D". Fine.
