Item Description
Large and impressive size of 6x10.5x8" tall. Underside has this Italian company's mark although no series number is indicated. c. 1947. An incredibly detailed figurine depicting The Three Pigs huddled together, laughing and strolling along. This piece has a few minor production defects which are noted for complete accuracy but are only noticeable upon close inspection. First is a minor .25" hairline as fired on front edge of Fiddler Pig's hat. Additionally there are a few tiny scattered spots where paint did not adhere properly but this is under the glaze. Nothing takes away from its striking appearance and piece remains totally bright and glossy. Exc. Easily one of the most massive and impressive vintage Disney ceramics ever produced.
