Item Description
13.5" dia. tin litho w/superb art image of woman feeding ice cream to young boy holding ice cream cone as young girl enjoys her own ice cream from plate. ©1916 K. & S. Co. Tray was produced as an advertisement for Johnstown, PA. ice cream company founded in 1914 (and still in operation). Rim features Art Nouveau design w/"Galliker's" name at top center and "Quality" text at bottom center. Rim has some scattered wear w/some small spots of bare metal showing. Pair of small .25" dents at bottom left/right (under image of boy and girl) that slightly break surface of lithography. Fine/VF overall.
