Item Description
5-5/8"x9-1/2". Pen and ink art. The publication was for a Washington D.C. social club of journalists. This cartoon features Bryan at center with his left foot firmly planted on the chest of Oscar "Underwood" with three other figures at left and right. Pencil notation at lower right reads "Then Three Were Four". Very faint edge toning otherwise Exc. Comes with "Certificate Of Origin" and Hake's COA.
