Item Description
First with bat and ball charms is for “World Series”. A few pinpoints of slight discoloration on extreme rim edge. Next at 2.25” has ribbon for “World Series.” Right edge of button has 3/8” line with small chips of the cello and orange color missing. Rest is clean. Next is undated 2.5” button issued for fans of both the Colts and Birds. Shows state symbol with colt and bird characters plus a pair of respective pennants. This is likely from 1969 as the bird has a crown above the head. Additional text is “Horse/Feathers/Colts/Birds/We Love ‘Em!” Button has some grey tone mostly on the right side and some tan age spots at right plus some additional grey dots around the bottom. Still with nice gloss. A rare button and the only example we’ve seen. Final button in the group is 6” picturing “American League Champs 1969.” Last item in the group is original card holding a brass “Souvenir Bracelet” with shield designs spelling out the word “Orioles” accented by additional charms of bat, ball, and bird head. Small creases on the card but the bracelet itself is Mint. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
