Item Description
8x9.5x1-7/8" deep cardboard box w/printed lid text noting "This Box Contains One Style - No. 909 - Brunhoff Combination - Can Cover And Display Stand with Price Mark Holders" by The Brunhoff Mfg. Co. of Cincinnati, OH. 1920s. Lid has been stamped "Blue Ribbon" at bottom, indicating the brand this cover/display was for. Box has some aging along one edge of lid but is o/w Exc. Can cover/display consists of painted tin frame w/hinged glass lid having "Golden's Blue Ribbon - It's Mild" name and text. This image is repeated on painted tin store display portion that was used to display can at an angle along w/repeated "5¢" price. Hinge has .25x3/8" paint flake off but o/w display is Exc. Complete w/original cardboard packaging. Old store stock.
