See previous item #2420. This is Dick Tracy version of premium initially issued as a non-character premium and then later w/Superman and Dick Tracy as seen here. As noted in previous item, only reference to Dick Tracy is on envelope which has "Boys - Girls Here It Is! Your Dick Tracy Flying Cadet Secret Bomb Sight" text and "Premium Library" label indicating it as a file copy. Scattered handling wear w/missing end flap. VG/Fine. Contents are complete and unused, w/ships remaining unpunched. Exc. Envelope has paper sticker reading "Premium Library" indicating that this was once in the archives of General Mills.
