Item Description
Lot of three psychedelic Family Dog (FD) concert posters designed by legendary rock concert poster artist Victor Moscoso. All are from concerts that took place in 1967 at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA. First is second printing of FD-47 which measures 14x20". For Feb. 10-11 "Sphinx Dance" concerts that featured the Miller Blues Band, Lee Michaels and The Peanut Butter Conspiracy. Great design featuring King Tut's funerary mask. Lower left has corner tip wear/creases. VF. Second is second printing of FD-49 which measures 14-3/8x20". For Feb. 24-25 concerts that featured Moby Grape and The Charlatans. Great design featuring Triton and fish. Scattered corner tip wear, VF/Exc. Last is first and only printing of FD-75 which measures 14x20-1/8". For Aug. 10-13 concerts that featured Moby Grape, Canned Heat and Vanilla Fudge. Design features three go-go dancers, winged dancer at middle being picked up by large hand. Minor corner bumps, Exc./NM.
