3-3/8x6.5" glossy photo taken during a game and showing Honus at bat. Reverse has a penciled number but is o/w blank, however it is from the same group of original photos as previous lots we have offered as well as the following two lots, all of which originated from (and many marked w/ink stamp for) Spooner & Wells Photographers, NYC. Great action image from the heyday of his playing career w/the Pittsburgh Pirates. Slight margin trim and lt. handling wear. Remains glossy w/sharp image. Fine.
