Lt. wear from use but top is Exc. overall. Has numbered tag pinned to trim. Last item is a black polyester long sleeve shirt with collar. Interior tag with "F. Sparks" in pen who was a stuntman in the series. Has original outer prop dept. tag. Scattered aging and lt. wear from use but shirt is VF overall.
