8.5x11" two-page (single-sided) contract w/typed information concerning Oct. 28, 1970 concert date (likely for Nov. 5, 1970 concert) at the Fillmore West in San Francisco, CA. Contract is between concert promoter Bill Graham and Frank Zappa and The Mothers of Invention. Second page has been signed by Graham in black felt tip pen and initialed in blue ink by Zappa's manager Herb Cohen. Contract riders note specifications required by the band for this performance including that there be no lightshow, no video/sound recordings taken during the concert and 100% headline billing for Zappa and his band. Contract has handling wear w/staple pull/holes at top left. Fine/VF. Comes with Hake's COA and Roger Epperson/REAL LOA.
