Item Description
Lot of four issues published slightly after issues in previous lot, item #2089. Offered here are Aug. (#9), Sept. (#10), Oct. (#11) and Dec. (#13). All feature "Stuckey's - Rockford, ILL." store imprint on backs. Content of note includes fold-out pages advertising "Stuckey's" clothing w/special Superman puzzle/codes, Halloween and Christmas content w/Dec. issue having fold-out back cover. Issues feature preview reprints from "Action Comics." First issue has inked recipient's name/address on back. First three issues show varying degrees of aging/handling wear. Fine overall. Dec. issue has cover w/2" archival tape repair to interior at bottom and centerfold is loose (but included). Corner tip wear/small tears. VG. Scarce early issues. Franco Toscanini Collection.
