Item Description
Large and impressive 19x34.75" frame contains William Morris Agency/American Federation of Television and Radio Artists contract. Two-page contract (w/Rider) has been professionally double-matted and framed along w/CD booklet featuring collage of R&B/Soul legend Cooke (1931-1964), responsible for such hits as "You Send Me, Cupid" and "Twistin' The Night Away." First page of contract notes contract duration of one year, effective Nov. 19, 1959 and notes that 10% of Cooke's profits were to go to William Morris agent. Back of second page has Dec. 30, 1959 inkstamped date and Cooke has boldly signed in blue ink on indicated line, w/agency representative signing below. Top center features rider that has been double-matted to 4x7" and was initialed by Cooke in blue ink. CD booklet shows some lt. wear, but overall, display is Exc. and ready for display. Comes with Hake's COA and Roger Epperson/REAL LOA.
