22x28.25" thin cardboard poster for May 27, 1955 concert that took place at Memorial Auditorium in Chattanooga, TN featuring Roy Hamilton (w/"You'll Never Walk Alone, Unchained Melody" song titles beside his photo), The Drifters (w/"What'Cha Gonna Do, Such A Night" song titles beside group photo), Laverne Baker (w/"That's All I Need, I Can't Hold Out Any Longer" song titles beside her photo), Willie Mabon (w/photo), The Spaniels, The Hearts, Jimmy Reed, Erskine Hawkins (w/photo) and His Orchestra and Little Walkin' Willie (w/photo) and His Band. Printed by Globe Poster of Baltimore, MD. Poster shows obvious and heavy wear at bottom right, w/3.5x7.5 corner piece off w/moisture staining along remaining edge. Some small tears w/1.25" tear at this area. This affects "Little Walkin' Willie's name, but not photo image. Rest of poster features some scattered edge wear and lt. aging. Good/VG overall. Scarce.
