Lot of two. First is 13.5" tall embossed mechanical Valentine by Rafael Tuck & Sons Germany. Name on back. Copyright 1906. Tiny brass pins act as hinges at shoulders, hips an knees. Professional repair at neck. 2" portion of original string remains. Glossy, clean and bright. VF. Second item "Happy Hooligan's Thanksgiving Turkey" mechanical postcard. Copyright 1906 by the American Journal Examiner. Back text includes "Compliments Of Hearst Boston Sunday American." Cut from a newspaper supplement. Similar to postcards seen in lot #1519.
