Item Description
Sizes are 5/8” to 7/8”. The first four are all distinct design varieties. First has W&H paper, second has Bastian paper, third has union bug back stamp as does the fourth. The fifth names St. Louis Button Co. on the curl. In row two, the “S.L.P” was once a stud but the stud is gone leaving a tin covered back with small open rectangle at center. Likely from the 1900 campaign of Malloney & Remmel. Next with torch and no text is by Ehrman. Next with “Socialist Party” and gold flame has no maker name. Upper left and lower right have barely seen age traces. Next is “Socialist Party” litho. Faded red but almost no paint wear. Last with ”Demand Unemployment Insurance” has 1/16” center scratch and a few missing paint dots but still very clean.
