Item Description
Pair of tin framed dexterity puzzles finished in bright flashing and holding glass/plastic over recessed paper playing surfaces. First is "Graf Zeppelin Game" similar in design to previous item #908, just featuring different art for playing field as well as added tin hanger in Germany. Zeppelin is also pressed tin. c. 1928 as based on the transatlantic maiden flight of German zeppelin ZR-3 from Friedrichshafen to Lakehurst in 1928. Scattered aging/wear to frame flashing. Fine. 2.75" dia. puzzle features nice image of Graf Zeppelin w/1928 trip statistics. Made in Germany, c. 1950s-1960s. Exc.
