This beautifully colored 1908 button is titled on the rim “Enemies Of Special Privilege/Upholders Of Equality Before The Law.” At the center is a diamond design showing Bryan with caption “The People’s Choice.” Surrounding in circles are Washington, Jackson, Lincoln, Jefferson. Additional slogans are “Ideal Americans/Popular Statesmen/Down With The Trusts.” Tiny text around the center diamond design reads “© 1908 Schradsky Co., Denver, Col.” There are very minimally darker age traces across the tops of the letters of “Special Privilege” but seen only on the closest inspection and the button displays beautifully with perfect centering and full gloss.
