Auction #216 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 977 in auction 216
Item Description
This scarce button is a large 2.25” size although it is shown in the Hake guide as item 3145 closer to the 1.75” size which is probably an error. Button has a very faint 1/8” pale tan mark above Wilson’s head and in reflected light there are widely scattered raised pinpoints that are so small as to hardly even be noticeable to the touch. The button has very little actual surface wear and retains its full gloss. Extremely fine and a rarity.
