8.5x11" "State Of California" stationery dated March 7, 1972 and addressed to Mrs. Norman Moon. Signed boldly at conclusion "Dutch". Reagan writes in part "I've Learned In This Job That I'm Much Less Of A Free Man Than My Fellow Citizens I Look At Out The Window." Myrtle Moon was the first person to hire Reagan in the entertainment field at WHO Radio in Des Moines, IA. Dutch was a nickname Reagan used when signing to personal friends. Five tiny light brown spots most notable is less than 1/2" area in text of second paragraph at left otherwise all are contained to margin. VF. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
