Original 20x28" wooden frame (2-5/8" deep) contains glossy cardboard sign featuring art by Haddon Sundblom depicting members of a TV program taking a break before the camera, a clown at lower left handing blonde ice-skater a bottle of Coca-Cola while a wardrobe assistant places roses in her hair. Sign features large "'Pause!'" text at top right. ©1950 The Coca-Cola Company. Bottom of wooden frame is hinged, allowing for different cardboard signs to be switched out. Frame shows some scattered wear and cardboard sign shows moderate scattered wear w/a few spots of surface paper lift at upper left. Some scratches to clown's coat at lower left and to the right of "Drink Coca-Cola" button image at bottom center. Ice-skater has some spots/streaks of moisture staining. VG.
