Art appears to be conceptual in nature, but is near identical to art that appeared in the "Good Housekeeping" adaptation of the animated short (as seen on included printed page) that appeared in the May 1935 issue. Image area measures 4.75x5.5" (including separate images of seated Mickey at the wheel of a firetruck as Goofy tips his fireman helmet. Additionally, sheet features small 2x2" full body image sketch of Mickey w/hand in pocket. Vertical crease at center and sheet is lightly aged. Art remains clean and Exc.
