Traffic lights feature "We're 20 - In '40 - And Going Like 60" text, each group of words on successive lights. Issued in 1940 in recognition of the 20th anniversary of unknown company. Ashtray base shows moderate oxidation w/top of traffic light having some minor oxidation. Fine. 6.5" tall painted cast metal parking meter paperweight w/felt on underside. Depicting actual scale model parking meter, base has "The Duncan-Miller '60' - Mfd. By Duncan Parking Meter Corp. Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A." decal. 1960s. Meter also has decals w/time gauge, "Time Expired" notice, hours, instruction, etc. on front/back. Decals show scattered wear. Fine.
