Item Description
Giant sized and impressive 35.5x43.5" ornate frame w/Plexiglas over 16.5x28" pen and ink w/ink wash original art image depicting greedy banker twisting his mustache as he holds rolled "Mortgage" document. Art has been boldly signed by Davis, who added "75" date. Wide painted border complete frame and art. Art for this and following piece (item #1716) were created and donated by Davis to local church which then sold them at church dance to raise funds. 1975. Pinholes at top corners w/scattered small and faint age spots to white areas. Still displays Exc. Comes w/4x6" color photo of the artist in his studio holding this original. Framed and ready for display.
