8.75x11.5” stiff cardboard with cardboard easel on reverse and carrying name of distributor “Penny King Company Pittsburgh 3, Pa.” Rings are plastic with tops in the shape of his head in high relief and they come in three metallic colors with seven in copper, ten in brass, seven in silver. Two rings are missing of the 26 the card held originally. Couple of small tears around the cardboard cutouts with inserted rings mostly at the upper right. Light traces of dust and moisture staining towards the edges. The piece still presents extremely well and is the only near complete set as carded that we have seen. One silver ring has flakes but the remaining 23 are Exc. to Mint.
