Item Description
22x35.25" thin cardboard poster for Nov. 28, 1970 concert that took place at the Norfolk Arena in Norfolk, VA featuring R&B groups The Dells, known for their songs "There Is" and "Love Is Blue," both of which are listed beside their photo at upper left of poster. Concert also featured The Moments (w/group photo), 100 Proof, The Presidents (w/group photo), The Manhattans (w/group photo) and The Unifics (w/group photo). Printed by Globe Poster of Baltimore, MD. Bottom center has 1-7/8" vertical tear w/archival tape repair on reverse. Scattered aging/handling wear w/some streaks of moisture staining at top/bottom margins and at upper right margin. Bottom corners show some wear. Fine overall, but if framed, would display VF. Scarce.
