Volume 1, No. 14 for April 11 has front cover with cigar-smoking man being watched by bear and president in bkg. 32 b/2 pages with numerous cartoons as well as nice article with photo on Clifford Berryman crediting him starting the teddy bear rage. Issue has vertical fold through center with cover margin dust soil. Insides are clean and VF. A scarce early issue of this publication.
