Item Description
6.50” X 18.75” X 1.75” deep box contains 18.25” long tin litho ray gun-rifle. Manufactured in Japan by Nomura in the 1950’s. Gun has plastic barrel accessory which lights up when “shoot.” Gun also has scope. Gun has some light aging with factory paint touch-ups on stock and area around plastic barrel piece. Some slight nicks from time of production but essentially N. Mint as packaged. Box comes with original cardboard paper sleeve insert. Box has nice image of ray gun with back drop of space battle, one spaceman holding rifle. Box tray has tight corners and is structurally sound with some slight warp but still exc. Box lid has some obvious and heavy wear to left hand panel including spine splits, tape repairs, edge wear, and 1” area of chipping to bottom side panel at corner. Main panel has some surface paper lift in upper right hand corner and area where original price sticker was affixed. Box has some slight warp but is still VG.
