Item Description
Set of 100, each 2.5x3.5" w/nice color illustration on front and text on back. Issued in 1956 by Gum Products. Card #86 of Max Schmeling is usually missing from this set, but that card is present in this set. There are 20 other boxing cards including Joe Louis, Jack Johnson, Jack Dempsey, Rocky Marciano, Joe Wolcott, Max Baer. Set features additional sports-related cards as well as animals, airplanes, war scenes, cowboys, etc. As typical w/these cards, they have st. margin aging but all are still bright and clean w/sharp corners.
NM and rarely found complete w/card #86.
