Item Description
Lot of 7 early issues of Captain America’s Silver Age series. Lot includes issue #100 (technically the first issue of Captain America’s own solo series in the Silver Age), #102-103, #105, #109-110, #112. Issues were published under the Marvel Comic’s group banner from April 1968 through April 1969. All issues were written by Stan Lee with art by Jack Kirby for all issues except #110, which was drawn by Jim Steranko. Some notable appearances in this run are The Avengers, The Red Skull, Batroc the Leaper and The Incredible Hulk. Issue #109 details the origin of Captain America. Issue #100 has some light handling wear and aging with some creasing in top margin. Issues have handling wear and aging with pinch creases to spine. Colors remain bright and strong. FN/VF.
