Lot of two. First is 8.25x10.75" stock certificate for 100 shares issued to H.G. Eckstein, Vice President and Treasurer of the company in 1922. Dated Dec. 18, 1922 with signature of F.W. Rueckheim at bottom. "Cracker Jack Co." embossed seal appears in bottom left corner. Diagonal ink notation reads "Cancelled 12/28/32/New Issue." Lot also includes 6.75x8.75" 40-page hardbound book titled "Fifty Years." Book has photos of all company executives including both men mentioned on stock certificate. ©1922. Text includes history of company. Light wear to cover, o/w Exc.
