13.5x16.5 clear acetate sheet 4.75x6.25" image of Andy and Woody based on scene from Woody's first appearance, in Andy Panda cartoon "Knock Knock" in 1940. Lower left has nice black ink signature "Walter Lantz 139/200." Comes with printed bkg. of roof of house ©1940 Universal Pictures Company Inc. Margins of bkg. have 1" mounting strips at upper left and right corners, o/w image area is Exc. c. 1987.
