Item Description
Lot of two, both 8.5x11". First is original signed sketch in ink and is inscribed "To Legieer Schrodt With Best Wishes, Chester Gould." Done on Chicago Tribune/New York News Syndicate Inc. stationery. Folded as likely issued. Second item is c. 1940s and apparently used for fan responses. Printed illustration of Gould and Tracy with Tracy saying "Listen, There's Got To Be More Action - Better Story, Shorter Balloons - And Better Looking Girl Characters." Exc.
