Item Description
00Flattened 14x25.5" diecut cardboard designed for folding and slotted tab assembly into display across bottom also designed as holder for order blank coupons. Upper area pictures assembled cockpit plus "How To Fly" instruction manual of preceding items #2651-2252. Text includes mailing address for coupon orders of Chicago indicating intended U.S. use. Right margin of upper sign panel has lt. tanning extending inward about 1" at most and then tapering. Tiny creases are on the extended corner tips of flight book illustration plus the extended wing tip of Capt. Sparks' aircraft. Plane wing tip has been reattached w/archival tape. Overall great color and Exc. Quaker Cereal premium ad sign, 1941. 14x17" folded. This item is a file copy from the Gold archives and is accompanied by a letter to that effect signed by Gordon Gold.
