Item Description
13x17" Nabisco Wheat Honeys box flat w/front panel inset ad plus full back panel color ad for set of four box insert premium medals, each pictured and one of these is repeated in actual size. Ad text specifies "4 Different Medals" twice but also adds "8 Different Medals In All." One side panel has illustrated offer for mail premium "Buffalo Bee" shirts w/order coupon. Opposite side panel has illustrated offer for mail premium dinosaur set w/order coupon. Unused and Exc. c. mid to late 1950s and issued the same time as the Rin Tin Tin premiums. Lot also includes 9.25x11.5” and 9.25x13.5” pieces of art board with painted original art for Indian War medals. Both boards have an overlay with addtional notes and details. One also has a cover with a foil sticker that reads “A Creation Of Sam Gold Premium King”, both VF overall and unique. This item is a file copy from the Gold archives and is accompanied by a letter to that effect signed by Gordon Gold.
