Item Description
A beautiful lustrous example of one of the largest medals from the 1840 campaign with well over 90% silvering intact. Listed as DeWitt-Sullivan as WHH-4 and in Hake as 3090. Front has high relief bust with engraver's name "Mitchell" below. Top rim reads "William Henry Harrison" and the reverse depicts monument surrounded by flags with the text "Harrison Jubilee Bunker Hill Sept. 10 1840." Top edge has tiny hole as made with the original ring intact. 1-11/16" diameter and rarely found this bright and clean.
