11/16" (18mm) white metal with lustrous finish showing his portrait on the obverse while reverse has wreath surrounding "For President Horatio Seymour 1868." Listed as DeWitt-Sullivan 1868-11. DeWitt notes the dies were made by William H. Key of Philadelphia. N. Mint.
