10x12.75", 6 pages with thin string binding along spine. Pages 2, 3, 6 are blank. Text below image on cover reads "Gen. Zac. Taylor./Philadelphia, H. Illman. 194 Market St." Pages 4-5 with moderate tanning, couple small spots and each facing page acquiring ghost image of the printing on the opposite page. Unusual format and very good.
