6.5x10.25" photo by Harris & Ewing. Mounted along top edge to gray backing board that has narrow tan age line on the board, not on the photo. Outer edges of photo are silvery in tone with just a touch on top of his hair. Signed on bottom margin "For Leroy T. Vernon With Best Wishes. March 1 1911 - Wm. H. Taft." Exc. From the collection of Leroy T. Vernon, a campaign manager for Taft and later Washington D.C. reporter for the Chicago Daily News. Comes with Hake's COA.
