Original frame with glass is 11.5x16.75; holding;Bach Bros.; 6.75x8.75; photo on buff matte bolding signed;For Leroy T. Vernon With My Warmest Regards. W.G. McAdoo Washington February 8, 1916.; Photo shows silvering on left and bottom edges about .5; deep. Four dot rubs on frame. Backing paper re-sealed with archival tape around edges. Very Fine. From the collection of Leroy T. Vernon, a campaign manager for Taft and later Washington D.C. reporter for the Chicago Daily News. Comes with Hake's COA.
