13x16-3/8" illustration board has single panel with policeman ordering 5 youths off of dock. "How Many Times Do I Have To Tell You'se Kids To Keep Away From This Dock? Where Do You Think You Are - In Atlantic City Or Something? This Ain't No Fresh Air Society -- Beat It Out" with ships in bkg. Dated July 2nd with 1923 New York Tribune ink copyright. Pen and ink. 3 corner chips. 4.25" diagonal crease in upper left-hand corner. Page has evenly tanned and problems would easily mat out for VF display.
