5.25x7.5" card on a larger 7.5x8.5" artboard with Harvey Comic stamp on reverse. Mixed Media illustration shows Casper seated in school bus with children and word balloon reading "Use Your Seat - Not Your Feet. Go Straight To Your Seat And Stay There. Standing In Aisles Is An Invitation To An Accident!" Art has two artist coloring notes. 3.25" area of tape residue at right-hand margin. This does not infringe upon art area which retains an Exc. appearance. Board and margins of paper has various areas of dust soiling and is Fine.
