Item Description
6x8.5" matted paper with inked illustration of Buster and winking Tige. Inscription below reads "With Sincerest Regards To Mr. Neuman R. F. Outcault." Signature is nice and bold. Horizontal crease across top of paper runs through Buster's hat but does not affect faces or inscription. Image is matted and framed in 11.5x13.5" wooden frame. c. early 1900s. A great and classic image. Exc.
