Item Description
Pair of original release 27x41" one-sheet movie posters signed by Western star Charles Starrett (1903-1986). First poster is for Columbia's 1944 Western "Riding West." Poster has lengthy inscription in black felt tip pen at bottom w/7.5" wide signature and is dated "1982." Folded as issued, poster shows wear w/pin holes at corners and along margins, w/three strips of tape staining at center for crease intersections. Lower left margin has three .25" chips and some archival tape repairs on reverse. VG overall. Second poster is for 1948's "Whirlwind Raiders" that starred Starrett and Smiley Burnette. Poster has lengthy inscription red felt tip pen and is dated "1983" below title. Folded as issued, poster shows wear along fold creases w/.25" to .5" tears at fold crease intersections. Lower right corner has some creasing, but if framed, poster would display Fine. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOAs.
